The brand implemented Fulfil-IT's Ninja Van Integration, bridging their Shopify store directly to the courier's API. The entire manual workflow was replaced by a single scan.

   Packer scans a generic "Ninja Van" barcode card at their desk.

   The system instantly creates the AWB in Ninja Van's system and auto-prints the shipping label at the packer's station. Order is fulfilled in Shopify.

15 Hours Per Week Reclaimed

Eliminating manual data entry removed 100% of address typos. A parcel is ready for pickup 10 seconds after being packed. The 15 hours per week previously spent on AWB creation was reallocated to packing and customer service.
