QueueRoom puts drop-day visitors in a branded waiting room and lets them in at a pace you set — first come first served or by raffle — so you don't oversell, bots don't jump the line and shoppers always know where they stand.
From the countdown to the last unit sold
Each drop is a room. Protect specific product URLs, a collection (every product in it is picked up automatically) or switch on whole-store protection for the duration of the drop.
Admit visitors first come first served at a rate you set, or let them pre-register for a raffle. The draw is a Fisher-Yates shuffle with an audit log, and anyone not drawn can stay in line for cancelled spots.
Stock is synced from Shopify on every admission cycle. QueueRoom never lets in more shoppers than there are units left, and stops admitting when the drop sells out.
When a shopper's turn comes, they tap Enter within a short claim window to prove they're still there. Closed tabs don't hold up the line, and each admitted shopper gets a timed shopping window with a warning before it ends.
Shoppers can link Telegram or WhatsApp with a one-time code and get a message with a direct link the moment their turn arrives, so they don't have to stare at the screen.
Add-to-cart is blocked on protected products without a valid queue token, and orders for protected products placed during a drop without one can be cancelled automatically. Duplicate joins are flagged, and Cloudflare Turnstile can be required to join.
Four steps from countdown to checkout
Pick the products or collection, the drop time, FIFO or raffle, the admit rate and your branding.
A countdown shows on your store before the drop. When it opens, visitors join the line and see their live position.
Every 30 seconds the next batch is let in, capped by remaining stock. They're notified on screen, Telegram or WhatsApp.
Admitted shoppers buy within their window. Checkout ends their session, and the next shopper moves up.
FIFO suits drops where speed is fair game: whoever arrives first is let in first, a batch at a time. Raffle suits very limited or hyped releases: shoppers register during an entry window, then a random draw decides the order, so refreshing at the exact second gives no advantage.
If they don't tap Enter within the claim window, the slot goes to the next shopper and they keep their place to be offered again in a later batch. On Telegram they get a fresh "your spot is open again" message.
The overlay blocks add-to-cart on protected products without a valid queue token. If an order for a protected product still comes through during a drop without one, QueueRoom can cancel it automatically — it's a per-room setting, and only online-store orders are checked, so POS sales, draft orders and orders for other products are left alone.
No. The overlay is enabled as an app embed in the theme editor. Logo, colours, font and the message for each queue state are set in QueueRoom's branding editor with a live preview.
Yes. QueueRoom runs live on the product drops of a Malaysian fashion brand, and the notification and claim features were shaped by what we saw on those drops.
Not yet. It's offered as a private install per store. We set up your first room with you, connect notifications and walk through the drop before it goes live.
Tell us about your next drop — what you're releasing, how many units and when. We'll show you how the queue would run on your store.
